In the Result of Shots Fired by Enemy Juvenile Resident of Voskevan Sustained Firearm Injury; Criminal Case Initiated
On March 30, 2020 at about 19:00 in the result of shots fired with firearms of several calibers from enemy bases, in the balcony of one of the houses of Voskevan of Noyemberyan community of Tavush province a juvenile resident of the same village, born in 2004, sustained firearm injury on the right part of the chest.
A criminal case was initiated in Noyemberyan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code (murder attempt committed in a way dangerous for the life of many people out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism).
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
