Arthur Norik Melikyan
Third Class State Councilor of Justice

He was born on September 1, 1975 in the village of Masisyan of Hoktemberyan province.
In 1996 he graduated from Higher School of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, listener.

From 1996 to 1999 he was an investigator then a senior investigator in Central Investigative Division in the Fourth Department of General Department of Investigation of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From 1990 to 2002 he was a senior investigator in the First Department of General Department of Investigation of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From 2002 to 2003 he was a senior investigator in the Second Department of General Department of Investigation of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From 2003 to 2004 he was an investigator in the First Division of Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2004 to 2007 he was the Head of Erebuni Investigative Unit of Yerevan Investigative Division of Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2007 to 2012 he was the Deputy Head of the Division of Investigation of Human Trafficking, Illegal Turnover of Narcotic Drugs and Organized Crimes of the Second Department of General Department of Investigation of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From April to October, 2014 he was the Head of Control Division of Unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense.
From October to November, 2014 he was the Head of Division of Control over Activity of Garrison Investigative Units of the Department of Control and Support to Investigation of Criminal Cases of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
From 2014 to 2016 he was the Head of the Department of Control and Support to Investigation of Criminal Cases of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
From 2016 to 2018 he was the Head of Control Department of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
From 2018 to 2019 he was the Head of General Department of Control over Activity of Territorial Investigative Departments.
From September to December, 2019 he was the Head of Organizational-Analytical and Criminological General Department of Special Tasks.
Artur Melikyan was appointed in the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee – Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases by the RA Prime Minister's decision of December 19, 2019.

By the RA President's decree of March 5, 2021 Artur Melikyan was granted a degree of Third Class State Adviser of Justice.
During the working activity he has been awarded a number of departmental awards, letters of appreciation.
He is married and has three children.
 

Arsen Volodya Ayvazyan

He was born on August 23, 1978 in Yerevan.
In 2000 he graduated from Higher School of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

From 2000 to 2002 he was an investigator of Qanaqer-Zeytun Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2002 to 2006 he was an investigator, senior investigator of Central Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2006 to 2007 he was a senior investigator of the Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From May 29, 2007 to November 23, 2007 he was a senior investigator of the Division of Investigation of Crimes against Official and Economic Activity of the Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2007 to 2009 he was Deputy Head of the Division of Investigation of Crimes against Human of the Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2009 to 2013 he was the Head of the Division of Investigation of Crimes against Human of the Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2013 to 2014 he was the Head of Yerevan Investigative Department of General Investigative Department of the RA Police.
From 2014 to 2016 he was the Head of Armavir Regional Department of the RA Police.
From 2016 to 2017 he was the 1t Deputy Head of General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police.
From 2017 to 2018 he was the Head of Armavir Regional Department of the RA Police.
From 2018 to 2019 he was the Head of General Department of Fight against Organized Crime of the RA Police.
Arsen Ayvazyan was appointed in the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee by the RA Prime Minister's decision of August 14, 2019.

By the RA President's decree of March 5, 2021 Arsen Ayvazyan was granted a degree of Third Class State Adviser of Justice.
During the working activity he has been awarded medal «For Excellent Maintenance of Public Order» by the RA President's decree.  
He has been encouraged by the Chief of the RA Police and Heads of other Departments for numerous times.
He is married and has three children.

Vigen Manuk Mesropyan

Vigen Manuk Mesropyan was born on March 2, 1974 in the town of Vedi.
In 1995 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University.

2003-2010 – investigator, senior investigator, then Deputy Head of Erebuni Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Division of the Investigative Department of the RA Police,
2010-2013 – Deputy Head of Central Investigative Division of General Investigative Department of Yerevan of General Investigative Department of the RA Police 
VIII-XI.2013 – Head of the Division of Investigation of Grave Crimes of Investigative Department of Yerevan of the RA Police
2013-2014 – Head of Central Investigative Division of the Investigative Department of Yerevan of General Investigative Department of the RA Police
2014-2018 – Head of the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee
2018-2020 – Deputy Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee
2020-2022 – Head of General Department of Control over Activity of Territorial Investigative Departments of the RA Investigative Committee
From January 14, 2022 – Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee

He was awarded several departmental awards, as well as medal of Mkhitar Gosh for conscientious performance of official duties.
He is married and has three children.

He was born on December 3, 1977, in Yerevan.
In 2004 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the State University of Artsakh.
From 1998 to 2000 he served in the RA Armed Forces.

From 2001 to 2006 - an investigator of the investigation team of the military police department of Stepanakert of the unit N of the Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense.
From 2006 to 2008 - a deputy head of the military police department of Hadrut of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense.
I-VI.2008 – an investigator of Stepanakert garrison investigative unit of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense.
From 2008 to 2009 - an investigator of Martakert garrison investigative unit of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense.
