Within Criminal Case on Incidents in Gavar 30 Persons Involved as Detendant, One of them - for Murder
Within the criminal case on murder of two persons and infliction of firearm bodily injuries to four persons in Gavar, as well as mass disorder accompanied with violence and destruction of property by a group of people investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee investigatory and other procedural actions of great volume are ongoing.

As of this moment,30 persons are involved as a defendant within the criminal case 25 of which - according to the Parts 2 and 4 of the Article 225 of RA Criminal Code for being involved in mass disorders in «Gavar Medical Center», 1 – according to the Part 2 of the Article 225 and the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code for being involved in mass disorders and murder attempt in the same center, 3 – according to the Points 1, 6 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code for murder attempt against two or more people in a way dangerous for many people's life in Azatutyun Street of Gavar, illegal procurement, keeping of weapon and 1 – according to the Points 1, 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code for murder against two or more people in a way dangerous for many people's life, illegal procurement, keeping of weapon.
 
19 of the above-mentioned 30 defendants were detained, motions on using detention as a pretrial measure against 3 defendants were sufficed and search was declared. Motions on using detention as a pretrial measure against 8 defendants were rejected.
 
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
 
Additional information about the procedural decisions made on the base of the obtained evidence will be provided.
