Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on stabbing a 21 year-old man by a minor completed

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on stabbing a 21 year-old man was completed in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
 

Through preliminary investigation the circumstances and the motive of infliction of bodily damage to 21 year-old A. Khachikyan were found.
 

Through the investigation sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that the young man had been inflicted bodily damage by a minor on April 13, 2015 at about 19:30 during the row that took place near the school N 111.
 

According to the results of preliminary investigation the argument started at the pharmacy located in Lukashin Street because of scolding and then they went to the backyard of the mentioned school to make clarifications. The argument turned into scuffle during which the minor hit at A. Khachikyan’s abdomen with a cutting-piercing object, inflicted him bodily injury and escaped.
 

The minor surrendered himself to the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department and gave testimony.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding charge was pressed against the minor according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Handing him over for supervision to the parents was chosen as a pretrial measure.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the criminal case was sent to the Court of First Instance of Ajapnyak and Davitashen districts.
 

 Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
