In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Davitashen and Ajapnyak administrative districts of RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of infliction of heavy bodily damage to the citizen E. Jaburyan by use of firearm near the night club were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

During preliminary investigation it was found that on March 31, 2015 at about 03:30 a row erupted near the night club located at the crossway of Margaryan and Fuchik, Yerevan during which shot was fired at Jamburyan inflicting him a firearm injury.
 

Through the investigation the person having committed the apparent crime was identified who is a resident of Ajapnyak administrative district. The investigator made a decision to involve him as a defendant for committing murder attempt and illegal procurement and keeping of weapon envisaged by the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him and search was declared.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are implemented to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of the case. The appropriate subdivisions of the Police were tasked to take measures to find the person under persecution.
