In 2025 464 criminal proceedings related to crimes committed by minors were investigated in the RA Investigative Committee (444 in 2024), 158 of which had been transferred from 2024. 

In the reporting period 80 of 464 criminal proceedings on 92 minors with the bill of indictment were sent to court (60 criminal proceedings on 78 people in 2024), 1 was completed with a final act and was sent to court, 177 were terminated (163 in 2024), 119 of which on rehabilitative (67 in 2024), and 58 on non-rehabilitative (96 in 2024) base, 5 criminal proceedings were sent to another structure (4 in 2024), 35 were combined (27 in 2024), 30 were registered as ones within which procedural and evidentiary actions were completed (45 in 2024), 136 were transferred to 2026 (145 in 2025).
 
5 of 78 criminal proceedings sent to court were investigated on murder, 1 – on murder preparation, 2 – on murder attempt, 11 – on inflicting heavy damage to health, 4 – against sexual freedom, 7 – on burglary, 1 – on theft, 2 – on extortion, 7 – on hooliganism, 12 – against legal circulation of weapon and ammunition, 6 – against legal circulation of narcotic drugs, 20 – on other crimes.   

In 2025 62 motions were submitted within criminal proceedings investigated on crimes committed by minors.
