Argishti Kyaramyan
Third Class State Counsellor of Justice

Was born on 22 May 1991, in the village of Yeranos, Gegharkunik region.
In 2009-2011 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2013 graduated from the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence.
In 2015 completed the professional training course for persons included in the list of prosecutor candidates at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. 
In 2016, graduated from Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University with a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence. 
2013-2014 served in the RA Police, subsequently worked at the RA Investigative Committee as an Investigator.
From 1 June 2016 to 6 June 2018 worked at the RA Prosecutor’s Office as a Prosecutor of Shirak Marz Prosecutor’s Office, later as a Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City.
From June 8, 2018 to February 26, 2019, worked in the system of the RA State Revenue Committee, holding the positions of the Head of the Department for Detection of Offenses and Implementation of Administrative Proceedings, Head of the Investigation Department, and Deputy Head of the Investigation and Operative Intelligence Department.
From 1 March 2019 to 4 May 2020, worked at the RA State Control Service as an Assistant Head, Deputy Head, and as an Executor of the Duties of the Head of Service.
On 4 May 2020, by the decision of the RA Prime Minister was appointed Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
On 5 May 2020, by the Decree of the RA President, was appointed Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.
On June 8, 2020, by the Decree of the RA President, was appointed Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.
On 24 December 2020, appointed Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
On 12 July 2021, was appointed Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
By the RA President's decree of July 4, 2022 was conferred the rank of Third-Class State Counsellor of Justice․
In 2021, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, was awarded with Medal “For Courage”.
He was awarded with various departmental awards. 
Married father of four children.
By the RA Government’s decision of November 19, 2024, was relieved of the position of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.

Hayk Grigoryan
Third Class State Counsellor of Justice

Was born on September 15, 1976 in Yerevan.
1994-1996 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2001 graduated from Prosecutor-Investigative Department of the Special Faculty of the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, receiving a qualification as a lawyer.
In 2009 graduated from the post-graduate course of the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and defended a doctoral dissertation entitled “Investigation of Crimes Committed by servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia in Areas of Armed Conflicts” receiving a scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences.
In 2021 he graduated from the Doctoral studies by correspondence at the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “International Legal and Organizational Foundations for Investigation of War Crimes Committed by Conflicting Parties during Armed Conflict”, was granted the scientific degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences.

Was born on January 7, 1953 in Yerevan.
In 1974  graduated from Yerevan State University receiving a qualification as a lawyer.

In 2005 by the RA Prime Minister’s decision awarded with a certificate of appreciation, in 2006 - with the RA Prime Minister’s commemorative medal, in 2006 by the RA President’s decree awarded the first degree Medal “For Services to the Motherland”, in 2015 - with Medal of “Mkhitar Gosh”.
He was awarded with various departmental awards.
