Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on participating in mass disorders, interfering with the lawful service of an official and obstruction of administration of justice committed at the administrative building of Gyumri Municipality on 20 October, 2025 was completed with respect to 4 individuals in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

The criminal proceeding with respect to A.A., K.Gh (the Point 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 441, the Parts 2 and 3 of the Article 46-452, the Part 1 of the Article 327 of RA Criminal Code), S.Gh. (the Parts 2 and 3 of the Article 46-452, the Part 1 of the Article 327 of RA Criminal Code), and A.M. (the Point 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 441, the Part 1 of the Article 327 of RA Criminal Code) with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
