Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on murder attempt committed using a vehicle of “UAZ” make was completed in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

As it was already informed, on July 21, 2025, at the area of the summer house located in Shirak region, B.K. and K.K., being on hostile terms with A.K. and his family, obstructed the conduction of relevant actions within the framework of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in the Investigative Committee, and one of them attempted to run over A.K. using vehicle of “UAZ” make.

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against them. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
