On July 21, 2025 a group of people, accompanied by an investigator and police officers, went to a summer house used by B.K. in Shirak region, in order to conduct relevant actions within the framework of preliminary investigation initiated in the Investigative Committee.

Getting to the area of the mentioned summer house, B.K. and K.K., being on hostile terms with A.K. and his family, obstructed the conduction of the actions, threw stones and wood towards them. Then at the instigation of K.K., with the intent to illegally deprive of life, B.K. got into the car of “UAZ” make owned by him and drove towards the car of “UAZ” make owned by A.K., crashed it, then continuing to carry out his criminal intent, drove the car erratically towards A.K., who was standing near a group of people. Actually putting their lives in real danger, he tried to run over A.K., which he could not complete under unforeseen circumstances, as it was prevented as a result of the latters’ evasive action and the measures taken by the police officers. 

In the course of preliminary investigation initiated with regard to the case public criminal prosecution was initiated against B.K. according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 44-155, and against K.K. according to the Part 1 of the Article 46-44-155 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against them.
