Person who had Committed Hooliganism in Tashir Arrested

 

According to the report on an apparent crime received in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, on May 14, 2026, at the polyclinic of Tashir community, noticing the map presented by the leader of the "Civil Contract" party pinned to N.G.'s collar, N.P. insulted him then demanded that he should leave the polyclinic, telling that the area belonged to S.K.. Then he threatened to stab and pulled the map by the collar. As a result, N.G.'s well-being deteriorated, he fell and hit the ground, sustaining a head injury. 

Based on the report, a criminal proceeding was initiated according to the Point 8 of the Part 2 of the Article 194 of RA Criminal Code.

The latter was arrested. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
