Damage of 7.3 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered by Company Carrying out Stone Mining without appropriate Permit in Gorayk

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Syunik Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee with regard to violation of requirements of preservation or use of subsoil, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that the employees of the company carried out stone mining in various parts of the administrative territory of Gorayk settlement of Sisian community without the appropriate permit, causing damage of 7 million 349 thousand 390 AMD to the state.

During the preliminary investigation the damage caused to the state has been fully recovered. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
