Several Individuals were Paid Money to Participate in Upcoming Gathering in Support of S.K: Preliminary Investigation with respect to one Person Completed
As it was already informed, the criminal proceeding initiated regarding the case of materially encouraging a number of individuals in order to ensure the participation of a large number of people in the gathering to be held on October 18, 2025, in support of S.K. is under investigation in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
In the result of necessary evidentiary and procedural actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation, information was obtained on the allegation that organized by N.T., S.K.’s close associate, B.S., a resident of the city of Yerevan, organized the participation of 9 individuals in the aforementioned gathering by promising to pay each of them 10 thousand AMD. Subsequently, B.S. paid 10 thousand AMD to each of the individuals he had sent to participate in the gathering.
The criminal proceeding with respect to B.S. with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
Preliminary investigation with respect to wanted N.T. is ongoing.
