In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that on May 19, 2025 G.M. and M.A. made a false alarm at a medical center and after the ambulance crew had left, they entered the reception area of the medical center and stole the payment terminal.

Subsequently, they moved the terminal outside the fence of the company’s premises and, by breaking it using technical means and thereby gaining access to the terminal’s cash compartment, stole a large amount of money totaling 1 million 439 thousand 900 AMD, which they then divided between them.

Besides, on June 21, 2025 G.M. and A.N. , taking advantage of the fact that the window of another medical center’s room was open, illegally entered there and complementing each other’s actions, took the payment terminal and ran out of the medical center. Then on the premises of the medical center, by damaging the payment terminal using technical means, they stole 447 thousand 700 AMD and then fled the scene.

As it was earlier informed, in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee with regard to committing banditry by using weapon, search was declared against G.M..

In the course of the preliminary investigation G.M. was found and brought to the investigative body. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against him according to the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 252, the Part 1 of the Article 335, the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 253 and the Points 1, 3 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 254 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against G.M..

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
