44 Million AMD of Criminal Origin Transferred to State Budget

 

As it was already informed, preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on stealing funds in particularly large amount through internet calls from the various accounts of over 1500 individuals residing mainly in European countries, committed by a group of people is conducted in the Department for Investigation of Cybercrime and High Technology Crime of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation, in addition to 630 million AMD of criminal origin, 44 million AMD was also transferred to the state budget. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
