In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that on October 4, 2025 in the town of Tashir a group of people met the other party in order to receive clarifications for scolding addressed at one of them.  

During the meeting R.M. offered T.D. to get out and talk after which R.M. stabbed T.D. on his chest for several times with a knife he had taken with him, killing him and fled. 

Besides, in July, 2025 during the telephone conversation a row erupted between V.H. and R.M. and during the meeting that took place after it, R.M. hit V.H. on his face with a hand, stabbed him and fled. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against R.M. according to the Part 1 of the Article 155 and the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 195 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
