In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee evidence was obtained on the allegation that during 2024-2025, for the purpose of distribution, H.N. illegally procured various types of narcotic drugs in particularly large amount, ensured their separation by weight, packaging and prior placement in concealment sites, which were photographed and transferred through an online store platform registered in the "Telegram" telecommunications application managed by the accomplices, to individuals who had expressed a desire to procure drugs and had transferred funds in the appropriate amount to crypto currency wallets.

A particularly large amount of "Marijuana" drugs, weighing a total of 6.5 kg, was discovered and seized during the search conducted at H.N.'s actual residence. 

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding it was also found out that in order to conceal the criminal origin and the real nature of the funds in particularly large amount received as a result of distribution of narcotic drugs, H.N. used bank accounts and electronic wallets, and 14 million 272 thousand 985 AMD was possessed by him, in this way committing money laundering in particularly large amount. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against H.N. according to the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 393, and the Point 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 296 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.

The criminal proceeding on H.N.’s part with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
