Within the framework of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in the Division for Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on forcing participation in gatherings, obstructing the exercise of electoral rights, and embezzlement of entrusted property in large amount, a number of searches were conducted.

As a result of over two dozen searches, documents, data carriers containing electronic information, money in particularly large amount, a large quantity of gold and silver jewelry, numerous fuel vouchers issued in the name of several commercial organizations, other objects and items of significance for the criminal proceeding were found and taken. 

Based on the facts obtained as a result of large-scale investigative and procedural actions, public criminal prosecution was initiated against H.P. according to the Point 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 149 of RA Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003, and the Part 3 of the Article 236 of RA Criminal Code, against A.A. according to the Part 3 of the Article 46-236 of RA Criminal Code, and against N.A. according to the Points 2 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 256 of RA Criminal Code.

They were arrested.
