Damage of 19 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered within Criminal Proceeding Investigated in Ararat

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found out that the company has illegally extracted a total of 4,852 cubic meters of sand-gravel mixture from six land plots in the Ranchpar settlement, without obtaining the required subsoil use permit.

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted during the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding the damage caused to the state-19 million 100 thousand 394 AMD has been fully recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.  

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
