Damage of about 250 Million AMD Caused to State Fully Recovered

 

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that օne of the medical centers in Yerevan included distorted data in the income tax and social payment calculations for various months of 2024-2025, submitted to the RA State Revenue Committee․

In the result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted within the framework of the criminal proceeding the damage of 249 million 938 thousand 837 AMD caused to the state has been fully recovered.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
