In the first term of 2025 143 reports were received in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security, on 127 of which a criminal proceeding was initiated.

In the reporting period 414 criminal proceedings were initiated (306 in 2024), 167 of which had been transferred from 2024. 

Preliminary investigation of 93 criminal proceedings was completed (58 in 2024), 73 of which on 106 people with the bill of indictment were sent to court (43 criminal proceedings on 73 people in 2024); namely, the number of the proceedings has increased by 69.7%, final act was drawn up within 1 medical coercion proceeding and was sent to court (1 in 2024), 19 criminal proceedings were terminated (11 in 2024), 88 were registered as ones, within which procedural and evidentiary actions were completed (54 in 2024), 39 were sent to other structures, 34 were combined, 160 were transferred to the second term of 2025 (142 in 2024). 

The damage caused within criminal proceedings completed in the first term of 2025 has made 5 billion 496 million 814 thousand AMD, 42 million 520 thousand AMD of which has been recovered.
