Brothers Hit P.H.: the Latter Died without Regaining Consciousness
In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that on April 23, 2025 in Vagharshapat, the brothers hit P.H. with hands and feet. The latter died without regaining consciousness.
Public criminal prosecution was initiated against G.A. and V.A. according to the Points 5, 10 and 15 of the Part 2 of the Article 166 of RA Criminal Code.
Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against G.A..
Detention was selected as a pretrial measure against V.A., search was declared.
The criminal proceeding on G.A.’s part with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
