In the result of large-scale investigative and procedural actions conducted within the criminal proceeding initiated in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on preparation of terrorism, as well as illegal circulation of firearms, their main components, ammunition and other materials, devices, objects, according to the Part 1 of the Article 43-308 and the Part 1 of the Article 335 of RA Criminal Code, among them searches conducted at a number of addresses, electric detonator, designed to be operated remotely, its components, a combat grenade, fuse of combat grenade, gunpowder, radio communication equipment, other items of interest to investigation were found.

Urgent investigative and procedural actions are conducted.

At the moment 7 persons have been arrested, public criminal prosecution was initiated against one of them according to the Part 1 of the Article 43-308 of the RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
