At the beginning of 2024 R.S. and A.Gh. created a criminal organization, involving Armenians and foreigners in it.

The members of the criminal group, having received information from a person who has not yet been identified by the investigation, that a large amount of money might be in the house belonging to a resident of Ararat region, reached an agreement on committing theft by entering illegally, using weapon and using violence, causing the person damage in large amount - 1 million 239 thousand 257 AMD, after which they fled.

Besides, R.S. and A.Gh having received information from a group member that the resident of Yerevan has  leased premises and he might have savings in his apartment, organized and planned theft by illegally entering the apartment and using violence, causing the person damage in large amount - 2 million 153 thousand AMD.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against R.S. and A.Gh. according to the Point 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 318, the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 252 of RA Criminal Code, against 3 members of the criminal group according to the Point 3 of the part 2 of the Article 319, the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 252 of RA Criminal Code.  

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against 4 persons, home detention against 1 person.

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
