Congratulatory Message of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh on the Day of Employee of the RA Investigative Committee
Respectable Mr. Kyaramyan,
I warmly congratulate You and the whole staff of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the professional day.
Certification of eligibility is the devotion, devotion to the work to which we have been consciously volunteered. In this hard period for the motherland the confidence of the society towards the state as well as the clear and steady implementation of the functions of the state structures is not only an important but also a necessary prerequisite. In the case of our structure conducting pretrial proceeding this circumstance is more inclusive as the fight against crime, the legally correct definition of each crime and conduction of unbiased investigation through the confidence of the society strengthens the pillars of the state, creates strong unity of the state and society due to which we can get over and pass the present stage of trials that have befallen us with dignity.
Dear Mr. Kyaramyan,
We are all witnesses to the continuous reforms implemented in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, qualitative enhancement along with the service with overloaded procedure which becomes possible only through targeted and consistent efforts.
The cooperation established between the investigative committees of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh which is improving day by day deserves to be honored. Since the establishment of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh, recording the consequences of the 44-day Artsakh war following it, the reforms in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh would be impossible to implement without the support of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia and in the absence of sincere and compassionate treatment of those responsible.
I am sure that in the spirit of unity we can get over the ordeals, become stronger and pass the generation the sovereign and legal state of our dreams.
