A criminal case initiated on murder of Senior Under Officer by the enemy
According to initial data Senior Under Officer Hayk Qeshishoghlyan, born in 1972, died of firearm injuries he had sustained in the result of shots fired by the enemy in combat position of the protection area of the unit N located in the north-east of the Republic of Armenia.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 7 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is under way.
