As a result of investigative actions conducted and operative-intelligence measures taken jointly together with the police officers of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found out that A.D., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, through threats, coercion, curses, and other illegal actions, instructed and forced the members of a criminal subculture group, including K.Gh., not to vote for the "Civil Contract" party in the RA NA elections to be held on June 7, 2026, and to convey the instruction to everyone to vote for that purpose, thereby hindering the free exercise of the electoral right of other persons.

On the same day, K.Gh. also informed other persons about the aforementioned illegal instruction transmitted to him, making the instruction of a person holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy accessible to them, thus committing illegal actions aimed at implementing the goals pursued by the criminal subculture group.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.D. according to the Part 1 of the Article 322 and the Point 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 210 of RA Criminal Code, and against K.GH. according to the Part 1 of the Article 324 of RA Criminal Code.

Detention was selected as a pretrial measure against A.D., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, search was declared. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
