Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on committing violent sexual actions against a minor was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation it was found out that the person having committed the alleged crime under various pretexts called the minor living in his neighborhood and attempted to meet. 

Once again, under the false pretext of offering candy, the person forced the minor into a car and took her to another place, where he committed violent sexual actions against her. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against the person according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 199 of RA Criminal Code.  

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
