Company Carried out Foreign Exchange Trading without Appropriate License: Damage of 11 Million AMD Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee factual data were obtained on the allegation that the director of the company carried out foreign exchange trading activities without an appropriate license. As a result, damage in the amount of 11 million AMD has been caused to the state. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation the damage has completely been recovered. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
