As it was already informed, preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in relation to the case of demanding an unlawful benefit in the amount of 250 thousand USD from a citizen, committed by G.M., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, was investigated in General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation it was also found out that S.H., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, in prior agreement with his friend A.H., in a group, forced R.G., who had sustained heavy bodily injuries during the altercation that occurred on September 20, 2025 and was receiving medical treatment at a medical center, to give false testimony. 

Particularly, S.H. and A.H. , through use of psychological coercion, demanded that R.G. refrain from providing the investigative body with information about the actual circumstances of the incident and its participants, moreover, to give false testimony; specifically, with the purpose of misleading the body conducting the proceedings, to describe the participants of the altercation using fictitious information and to state, with regard to a person or persons presented by them, that, regardless of their participation in the altercation, they had no connection with the incident.

In the course of the preliminary investigation public criminal prosecution was initiated against G.M. and S.H., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against them.

The criminal proceeding with respect to them, with the bill of indictment, was sent to the prosecutor.
