Normal Work of Customer Service Information Center of ENA Hindered․ Public Criminal Prosecution Initiated

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Yerevan investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee based on the reports submitted by the “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC , it was found out that S.N. and D.Kh. on December 17 and December 26, 2025, accordingly, using communication technologies,  showing a blatant disregard for moral norms, shouting curses, committed hooliganism, hindering the normal work of the customer service information center of the ENA.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against them according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
