50 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee data were obtained on the allegation that with the intent of evading taxes in particularly large amount, taxable objects had been concealed and distorted information had been included in tax calculations and reports by responsible persons of a company engaged in the sale of construction materials.

In the course of preliminary investigation 50 million AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
