Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on the case of evasion of taxes in particularly large amount by entering distorted data in the documents serving as the basis for taxation, in annual calculations of value added tax and resident profit tax payers submitted to the tax authority, committed by  a company engaged in the construction of multi-apartment buildings is conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the result of large-scale evidentiary and procedural actions conducted within the framework of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding, the damage of 345 million 396 thousand 686 AMD caused to the state has been fully recovered.
