Damage of 595 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered

 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on apparent illegal actions committed by a bankruptcy trustee and causing pecuniary damage in particularly large amount, as well as evading paying taxes in particularly large amount, is conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee.  

In the result of comprehensive procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of preliminary investigation, damage of 595 million AMD caused to the state has been fully recovered.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
