320 Million AMD out of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

In the course of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee the circumstance that companies engaged in the sale of economic goods concealed the object of taxation and entered distorted data in calculations and reports in order to evade paying taxes in particularly large amount has been substantiated․

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against three persons according to the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 290 of RA Criminal Code. 

In the course of preliminary investigation 320 million AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered. 
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.  

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
