According to the report on apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee, օn May 21, A.A. posted a video on Facebook accompanied by the following note: “People, they are surrendering positions behind your backs, listen to what this volunteer is saying. Meanwhile, during all this, the Minister of Defense is busy campaigning with heart emojis.” In the video the latter and another person are speaking about surrendering the combat position located in the direction of the city of Jermuk to Azerbaijan.

On the same day, the RA Ministry of Defense officially denied the information disseminated by A.A. and that individual.

Based on the received report a criminal proceeding was initiated on false crime reporting and organizing false crime reporting.  
Through preliminary investigation the person speaking in the video, whose face is covered, was identified.

During the interrogation the latter denied the information about surrendering any position, at the same time mentioning that being in not sober state, he participated in the gathering organized by N.K., where he met A.A.. The latter being aware about his social problems, immediately organized an interview with a reporter. He noted that he had been in not sober state and had told information not corresponding to reality.
