In the first term of 2025 1.011 criminal proceedings on crimes committed against minors were investigated in the RA Investigative Committee (887 in 2024), 477 of which had been transferred from 2024.

In the reporting period 53 of 1011 criminal proceedings with the bill of indictment were sent to court (64 in 2024), 316 of which were terminated (240 in 2024), 269 of which on rehabilitative (203 in 2024), and 47 on non-rehabilitative (37 in 2024) base, 41 were combined (29 in 2024), 23 were sent to other structures (5 in 2024), 24 were registered as ones within which procedural and evidentiary actions had been conducted (93 in 2024), 554 were transferred to the second term of 2025 (455 in 2024).  

1 of 51 criminal proceedings sent to court was investigated on murder, 3 - on causing heavy damage to health, 2 - on kidnapping, 6 - on physical impact, 20 - against sexual freedom, 1 - on inducing or engaging a child in acts related to the production or dissemination of pornography or pornographic materials or objects, 1 - on involving a child in committing antisocial acts, 1 - on failure to fulfill or improperly fulfill the duty of raising or caring for a child, 16 - on other crimes.

20 of 61 victims within the criminal proceedings sent to court were up to 12, 14 -between 12 and 14, 17 - between 14 and 16, 10 - between 16 and 18 years old.
