In the first term of 2025 1482 criminal proceedings on domestic violence were investigated in the RA Investigative Committee (1404 in 2024), 648 of which had been transferred from 2024.

157 criminal proceedings on 159 people with the bill of indictment were sent to court (197 proceedings on 195 people in 2024), 5 more criminal proceedings of medical compulsion were sent to court with a final act (4 in 2024), 390 proceedings were terminated (345 in 2024), 361 of which on rehabilitative (307 in 2024), and 29 on non-rehabilitative (38 in 2024) base, 30 were combined (116 in 2024), 134 were sent to other structures (17 in 2024), 38 were registered as ones within which procedural and evidentiary actions were completed (197 in 2024), 728 were transferred to the second term of 2025 (528 in 2024). 

4 of 154 criminal proceedings sent to court were investigated on causing heavy damage to health, 4 on causing damage of medium gravity to health, 16 on causing light damage to health, 79 on physical impact, 8 against sexual freedom, 1 on involving a child in committing antisocial acts, 42 on other crimes. 

8 out of 165 victims within the proceedings sent to court were up to 12, 1 - between 12 and 14, 4 - between 14 and 18, 152 - over 18 years old.
