Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on swindling property in particularly large amount was completed. The damage caused to the state 181 million 591 thousand AMD was recovered.

In the course of preliminary investigation apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that K.A. , with the intent to steal vehicles transferred to a company with state participation for profit, had given N.H. a power of attorney to act on behalf of the company.

On the base of the mentioned power of attorney the company transferred the ownership of the property entrusted to it, legally transferred to its disposal, possession and use on legal grounds, to K.A.

Then K.A. transferred the ownership right of the mentioned vehicles to others thus completing the theft of property in particularly large amount, worth 181 million 591 thousand AMD, entrusted to him, which was subject to transfer to the state.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against K.A. according to the Point 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 256 of RA Criminal Code.

Absence ban was imposed as a pretrial measure to him.

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
