249 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on evasion of taxes in particularly large amount by entering distorted data into the documents that serve as the basis for taxation committed by an organization engaged in credit activities, is conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the result of large-scale evidentiary and procedural actions conducted, operative-intelligence measures taken within the framework of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding 249 million AMD out of the damage caused to the state has been recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
