Argument between Foreigners Ended in Murder

 

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that the foreign citizen, with a motive of revenge, stabbed another foreigner for numerous times on different parts of his body,  murdering him. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against one person according to the Part 1 of the Article 155 of RA Criminal Code.
Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
