700 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on receiving false tax invoices without delivery of goods and not paying particularly large amounts of taxes to the state budget committed by a company engaged in purchase and sale of fuel is conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the result of large-scale procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of preliminary investigation 700 million AMD out of the damage caused to the state was recovered by the company.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
