348 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee on the case of concealing the object of taxation and entering distorted data in the calculations and reports of the companies in order to evade paying taxes in particularly large amount committed by a sports club, 348 million 685 thousand 602 AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
