The work carried out in the first term of 2025 is being summed up in the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the reporting period preliminary investigation of 18.969 criminal proceedings out of 56.814 ones investigated in the RA Investigative Committee has been completed, compared to 17.887 of the previous year, the number has increased with 1082.

6111 criminal proceedings out of 18.969, on 6547 persons, with the bill of indictment were sent to court, compared to 5127 of the previous year, it has increased with 98. 

In the first term of 2025 significant work, to recover the pecuniary damage caused by crimes, has been carried out in the Investigative Committee. 

In the reporting period 4 billion 372 million 675 thousand AMD has been recovered from the pecuniary damage caused within the completed criminal proceedings. Ban was imposed to the property worth 509 million 997 thousand AMD to recover the damage caused. 

During the first term of 2025 alone, 16 billion 94 million 601 thousand AMD has been recovered from property damage caused by incomplete criminal proceedings.

Thus, in the reporting period a total of 20 billion 467 million 276 thousand AMD has been recovered from the pecuniary damage caused within completed and incomplete criminal proceedings.
