Damage in the Amount of 40 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on carrying out illegal business activities, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that one of the companies operating in the RA carried out illegal extraction and sale of sand and gravel mixture on land acquired on a lease basis. As a result, damage of 40 million AMD was caused to the state.

In the course of preliminary investigation the damage caused to the state has been fully recovered.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
