The recording published on the Internet on June 26, 2025, contains apparent factual information about the allegation that a group of people, with prior agreement, with the intent to cause legal consequences, posted a fake recording created by using artificial intelligence, titled "Nikol Pashinyan's Special Instruction to the NSS and Investigation Chiefs" on the Internet, in which the RA Prime Minister is allegedly giving instructions to the heads of the RA law enforcement bodies regarding specific criminal proceedings.

With regard to the case, based on the report received from the RA Prosecutor General’s Office, a criminal proceeding was initiated in General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 364 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is underway.

Necessary investigative and other procedural actions are conducted to identify those having committed computer fraud and to give criminal-legal assessment to their committal.

The Investigative Committee warns against the practice of disseminating computer fraud using modern technologies and thereby misleading the public and spreading disinformation.
