Investigative and procedural actions are conducted within the criminal proceeding initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 44-155 of RA Criminal Code to find out circumstances of murder attempt committed against two persons.
Pursuant to initial data, on November 14, 2022 at about 16:30 at the area of the restaurant complex located at the administrative area of Ptghunq settlement of Parakar community of Armavir region a row on domestic matters erupted between 41 and 37 year-old residents of the same region. After a while 41 year-old man ambushing in the car fired shots from the hunting gun of 12mm caliber owned by him towards the car driven by 37 year-old man in which there was also a passenger. However, under unforeseen circumstances he could not complete the crime as the man drove away.
Through inspection of the scene conducted during preliminary investigation 3 fired bullets of 12mm caliber were found, the video captured by the cameras was taken. Forensic expertises were commissioned.
37 year-old man and the latter’s passenger were found the injured party and questioned.
On the same day 41 year-old man was arrested on the base of reasonable suspicion on crime committal. The latter also presented the gun which was the instrument of the crime.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
