A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the serviceman committed by the enemy.
On 07.04.2015 at about 17:15 the serviceman, Sergeant Levon Mirzoyan, implementing combat duty in combat position of the protection area of the unit N, died of firearm injury he had sustained on his head in the result of the shot fired by the enemy out of motives of national, race and religious motives.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is under way.
