A video from the interview of the co-founder of “Quartet Media” media company Mihran Hakobyan was inserted in “Armnews” news website in which the latter citing the example of Nikolai Chaushenski, publicly justified violence.
Within the criminal case initiated in the Division of Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee charge was pressed against Mihran Hakobyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 226.2 (public calls for violence, publicly justifying or preaching violence) of RA Criminal Code.
Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
