A criminal case was initiated in Military General Investigation Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of two persons by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
On 28.02.2015 at about 14:25 the diversion intelligence group of the enemy attempted to enter the military post of the unit N. As a result, battalion commander, Lieutenant Colonel Artak Aghekyan and the serviceman Hayk Baroyan were killed in the result of the firearm injuries they had sustained.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Points 1 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is under way.
